Hi,

My incisive enterprise version is 9.2s30 and there're Incisive_Enterprise_Manager and Incisive_Enterprise_Planner licenses available, but I couldn't found relevent tool installed. Is it possible the package is not installed?

In 9.2, the tool components are installed separately, thus:

    INCISIV92/IUS92/...
    INCISIV92/IFV92/...
    INCISIV92/SPMN92/...
    INCISIV92/EMGR92/...

If you cannot see the EMGR92 hierarchy then your installation was probably done without selecting the right options to install it.
"eplanner" and "emanager" tools should be visible under the EMGR92 hierarchy. The Linux setup is done by:
    setenv VRST_HOME <path_to_INCISIV92>/EMGR92
    source $VRST_HOME/env.csh SPECMAN_HOME=<path_to_INCISIV92>/SPMN92/components/sn

In INCISIV 10.2 this is much simpler, because all the tools are installed by default under the top-level INCISIV102 directory and you don't need the VRST_HOME/env.csh any more.
