problems running NCISM in batch mode

Hi, I am trying to run NCSIM simulation in batch mode. The simulation is a little tricky because it is a Cosimulation of NCSIM with Matlab Simulink. in this simulation the NCSIM is first opened and the NCSIM process communicate with the matlab via a socket. When I open the NCSIM in GUI mode all is ok. I get the NCSIM prompt and once Simulink is ready it take control via the socket and make "run' to the simulation. The problem occurs when I try to run without a GUI --> batch mode. If I run it (LINUX) with TTY input from a file and inside the file I write only one line: run the result is that the NCSIM is opened and run without waiting to socket commands from Simulink. If the file is empty then Simulator is exit at time 0. I need the option to run NCSIM in batch mode with TTY input from a file. Inside the file I need to write some command (not run) that will wait for the socket to be established and then control the NCSIM. Can someone help? Golan
