Constraint Solver Failure debug

 Hi,

How to enable debug options for randomization fails in ncsim simulation?

I wanted to see in the log file which constraints contributed to the fail.

 Thanks,

Gokri.

I assume you are referring to SV constraints. There is a very good constraint debugger built into SimVision. I recommend running the simulation in GUI mode and use the SimVision constraint debugger to see what constraints were involved in the error, and then if needed you can add and delete constraints interactively to resolve the issue.

    Hi Tim,

Thanks for your suggestion; I could use the constraint debugger with
Simvision; it helped a lot in debugging!. We have a SV/UVM environment.

    Pranaam!
