how to optimize my code

the function of the verification code i wrote could more or less work,the verification requirements i extract from user requirement ,designe files or something else seems not bad,but i still feel upset,first,there must still lots of test senario i could add into my tb.second,my code style is not good enough,and the  performance is low,i urgely want to optimized my tb (inlcude testcases) on this verification phase (first version verification report has been completed),but i really do not know where should i begin with........

could someone tell me how many ways or points i should take care?

the number of testcase is t0o large,the speed is t0o low,the code seems t0o complicated...

plz help me out with some advice which could instruct the e optimize outlet  and the details...
