How to exclude bits in toogle coverage

Hello,


I want to exclude bits in toggle coverage. I m working on cadence (iccr) tool.

I used this "set_toggle_excludefile" command in coverage configuration file has .ccf extension.

I created two file one exclude_bits.ccf and other one is exclude_file.dat.

contents of exclude_file.dat. file:

-ere instance test_top:i_dut_top:i_irq:i_irq_reg_map:i_regint_do c_dm_sts:shdw_q

contents of exclude_bits.ccf file:

set_toggle_excludefile ../code_cov_iccr/exclude_file.dat

But CCF file did not run.
How to run .ccf file? AM i doin correct thing?

    I m running below command for ncelab:

      ncelab -covdut B -covfile exclude_onfig.ccf worklib test_top.sv

    but it gives below error:

    ncelab: 09.20-s014: (c) Copyright 1995-2010 Cadence Design Systems, Inc.
    ncelab: *W,DLNOHV: Unable to find an 'hdl.var' file to load in.
    ncelab: *E,NOUNIT: Unable to find a unit named 'worklib' in the libraries.
    ncelab: *E,NOUNIT: Unable to find a unit named 'test_top.sv' in the libraries.
