Switch to run through assertions

Sim Vision is halting my simulation when an assertion fires, is there a way to force the simulator to fire the assertion but continue running.

I have tried this switch(-assert_logging_error_off) which seemed correct but It didnt work

Most of the switches I have tried completely disable the assertions.

Any assistance  would be appreciated

    Thanks Doug,

     I'd stumbled upon this  /forums/p/8624/8646.aspx#8646

That is definitely the right command.

I would like to apply the command in the ade-l setup once, ive applied other switches under  Simulation->options-> ams simulator

Under the main tab additional arguments, i cant get it to take there unfortunately.

I'm beginning to think that is not the location to be applying the switch,  Should I be applying the switch elsewhere or is there some special syntax.
