The error suggests that the tool wasn't configured correctly after installation.

During the configuration step that presents you with the license agreement, it requires you to type in "IAGREE"

If you didnt accept to the license agreement then some of the key files in the installation will not be there.

Please reconfigure your installation and make sure that you type "IAGREE" to the license agreement sub-step of configuration.

You can configure the tool via InstallScape. In the InstallScape gui, there is an option named "Configure".

You could also try configuring the product manually using the following steps:

    > cd <INSTALL_DIR>

    > ./tools/systemc/files/install/ncscKernel.ins

    > ./tools/systemc/files/install/ncscKernelGnu.ins

When prompted, type "IAGREE" at the end of the license agreement.

You will require full permissions on the machine where the tool is installed, to run these scripts.

    I hope this helps.
