Looking for the values of UVM register model in the simulation

Hello all,

I have implented UVM register model and trying to write to and read values from the register model. I would like to see the register model content in incisive ncsim simulation. I dont see a register model instantiated in the desing browser nor can i find a way to add them to the wayform window.

    Hello Vidya.

    In the SimVision GUI you will find a menu "UVM" at the top of each window. Under that menu you have lots of useful UVM automation items including the "UVM Register Viewer", this will open a window that lets you browse your registers and see the fields etc.

    thank you for the prompt support. Unfortunately, I dont see any UVM  menu. I am just trying to go through the cadence help library, and it says, CSC should be enabled to view the register viewer. 

    I dont exactly understand what this means. I am using the 11.10 version. Any support is appreciated.

    Ah, ok you might be using too old a version. I'm afraid my memory doesn't stretch back that far! If possible you should look at using a more recent version such as 14.10 or 14.20 because 11.10 is very old and is no longer supported. Also the SV support in the newer versions is very much better. I suspect the reference to CSC is unrelated to UVM registers.
