Spectre suddenly stops running during Parametric Analysis (ADE L)

Hopefully somebody can answer this question but, we are having trouble trying to get a Parametric Analysis to COMPLETE when running ADE simulation.  Every time we run it, spectre seems to stop running at completely random points and our sim just hangs there waiting for something.  Again, we can run it multiple times and it will hang up at a different point every time.  If I look at the spectre.out file, I can see exactly where in the sim it stopped running and if I do a top command on my terminal, I can see that spectre is no longer running.

Initially I thought this might be a license issue as we only have a few licenses of Virtuoso_Spectre and our license server showed that I did not have a license checked out for Virtuoso_Spectre, however once I did mange to get one, spectre still exited without completing, leaving a spectre process in limbo which I have to manually kill.   I am at a total loss at what could be causing this, unless there are some parameters or variables that I forgot to set.

Thanks

I had the same problem and I found out that my disk usage was full because of too many simulation data.

    Thanks.
