Support VHDL2008 in ncsim

Which option enables support of  VHDL2008 in ncsim ?

    -v200x

    You can find this by looking in the documentation ("cdnshelp" linux tool, or online at support.cadence.com) or simply by running "xrun -helpall | grep vhd".

    Hello Stephen,

    Thanks. I added option -V200x, but still can't use function to_string to convert std_logic_vector into string.

    In the code I added package std_logic_textio.all;
