Specman *search* command allows searching in all loaded modules, but only for a string.
Is there a way to search for a regexp or glob?
Alternatively, is there a way to simply get a list of all loaded files somehow? Then I could use either the "shell" command, or real shell together with grep.
If you open the Specman GUI ("specview" in stand-alone mode, or as part of SimVision if used with Xcelium), then there are options to search in a multitude of different ways including regexps, globs, looking only in specific eVCs, etc.
In batch mode you can do "show modules" to list the loaded files.
errr...that window just went busy on me for 10 minutes and still counting. Show modules in batch mode + normal grep that you can ^C would be a better option.
