Prevent SimVision Schematic Viewer from Re-Zooming/Centering after tracing a signal

Hi, I think I have a simple request, but cannot seem to  find the right option.

SimVision preferences have this option for the schematic tracer. Lets say I have a module port and wish to trace that  step by step (using double clicks). For small modules this works fine, but once you hit a large entity, the whole view re-zooms and you loose track where you actually left off.

I tried turning above option on and off, but it is always unsatifying. With the option it always zooms in very close, without it you  sometimes get thrown back to the 10000ft-view when a large module is added to the viewport.

I just want the tool to retain my zooming level and position and just add the traced connection, which I can then follow.

I didn't think that this was such a 'out of this world request' but I cannot seem to find the setting that does this. (basically I'm asking: do nothing but add the next stage of the traced wire)

Any help is appreciated!

Yes, we are aware of a functional issue with that preference setting. I suggest filing a support ticket regarding this so that you can be notified when it is addressed. Thanks.

Thanks a lot for the confirmation. I have raised this with our FAE already as well.
