hello guys, i'd like to assign value as a specific simulator time (let's say this time is 204644.5ns) so i tried the following code which gave me an error: initial begin #208779.5 assign top.dut.swcore.ibp0.ibp_fsm0.timer = 0x000; end this is the error i got ::: expecting a semicolon (';') [9.2.2(IEEE)]. assign top.dut.swcore.ibp0.ibp_fsm0.timer = 0x000; can you please tell me how to do it correctly...

    assign top.dut.swcore.ibp0.ibp_fsm0.timer = 0x000;

    Try instead simply

    top.dut.swcore.ibp0.ibp_fsm0.timer = 0 ;

    0x000 is a C constant, it isn't a Verilog constant. For 12 bits worth, you could use 12'h000.
