Passing e defines through Model Sim

Is it possible to pass specman defines through Model Sim while restarting.
On Model Sim command prompt
VSIM 1> restart -f ; sn "reload;test"
I need to pass a "define ABCD" based on which reloading sequence of specman works. (Inclusion/exclusion of certain files)

    Thanks Dean,
It worked with co-simulator (Model sim) with the command line you mentioned.
