CtoS fails when 'allocate_registers' command used

Hi,

I have a synthesizable systemC design that I can successfully build and schedule. However, upon issuing the 'allocate_registers' command, I get the following error which has no meaning to me:

 ERROR (CTOS-13110): Internal error while executing allocate_registers: regNoShareAllocator.cpp:200: op->getType() == DType::MemOp || inst->getModType() == ModType::mod_gtle

Has anyone experience this before, or know how to fix this? I am running version 12.2.
