MaskCompose Reticle and Wafer Synthesis Suite Information

Hi everyone,

This is my first post to the Cadence forum. I was wondering if anyone had experience using the Cadence MaskCompose Reticle and Wafer Synthesis Suite, and if so, if there was any detailed information about how the software works online. I've done a lot of searching and it seems like there is only a 4 page datasheet for those who have not purchased the package yet.

Appreciate any help/direction!
