regarding Gatelevel simulation signals

We are dependent on physical design signals in our tests.

On Every netlist, due to Synthesis, the signal paths and names changes, 

Is there any easy way to identify the Similar RTL signal in GLS?

We identify the signals by manually probing from design and find similar name or value in Netlist.

This is a big problem for us in every product in GLS simulations.
