Can't edit.

I have a problem in Virtuoso layout editing(Cadence)

I can create things but cannot do a few commands like move,delete,undo,redo,stretch and many more.I can't edit anything.What should i do?

Please help me.

Have you posted this on the Custom IC forum? You might have a better chance of getting Virtuoso questions answered there.
