 Has anyone used this utility sucessfully?

 It looks really good but doesn't seem to actually change the settings inside capture very well. some settings seem to work sometimes !

    I believe you got the wrong forum. You probably want to post this to the PCB forums and I am sure you will get better advise there in this respect.
