How to view the property of Mosfet in my CSM018 technology?

Hi, I am a new user and currently doing my final year project which is designing lower power and high performance adder. I tried to measure the transconductance of the basic transistor but afraid that there may be big error in my result. Is it possible to view the design property of the MOSFET in the Cadence Software? Thx~~

     Hi Henry,

     I believe you want to ask this question in the Custom IC forum. Traditionally libraries used in the front end do not have that level of detail hence I think the Custom IC folks may be able to better help you
