Place Fiducials

Hello,

I'm trying to place some fiducials on a board outline.  I can do it on the top side with no problem,  but can't place some on the bottom side.  The padstack I used for this fiducial was a single type.  Do I need to create a new one that's a through type and have a bottom pad or is there someway to flip my single type one on to the bottom side.
