license error on my system

I have been using orcad 15.7 on my laptop and recently I loaded an anti-virus program. After that I have license error and a window pops up where it tells me that there is license error in flexid at 1520@home where as my ID is 1800@home. I run the license file and the utility but same error persists. Please help.

Hi!
I think you need to check if your antivirus suite has some kind of firewall or connections protections, because it could cause the problems you are experimenting.
You could also check the Windows Firewall (in case you have Windows XP or newer version).
Try one of these and please reply with the results.

Yes indeed, I removed my antivirus program and now Orcad is working smoothly. Thanks for your help.
