error occured while importing netlist

the following error occured which is,

ERROR(302) Device library error detected

for eg,

Pin 'HBPRI#' for function 'TYPE8' on device '945GMS' has swap/pinuse inconsistency.

    would you be so kind as to provide some context ? Like which tool you are running and what the question is.

    I believe your question is implementation related but cannot tell based on your information

     hi i am using ALLEGRO 14.2 while importing netlist error 302 is occured and particular library cannot be transfered to allegro like that the error is indicated if it possible for you to clear the error please give ur guidelines to clear that error.

    for eg,

    If this is an Allegro question, please post to the SPB packaging community. The logic design forum handles mostly questions regarding synthesis, formal verfication and DFT
