what is the value for these parameters?

Hi,

I'm a newbie to synthesis and RC. I was confused by some parameters in synthesis. For example, which value should I set for these parameters in different process: set_load, set_input_delay, set_output_delay, clock_setup_uncertainty, clock_hold_uncertainty, path_delay in 0.18/0.13  um process? I'm designing 0.18 for customer and can't find useful reference. I tried different value for these parameters, such as set_load to 30pf/0.3pf, and found totally different result. Can anybody give me some help on these? thanks.
