high fanout nets synthesis

Is Encounter able to synthesis and add buffer tree to high fanout nets such as "reset"?
If so, how to do it? Should it be done before or after CTS?

    Yes, Encounter can insert buffer tree.

    In default, Encounter will add buffer tree in pre-cts optimization.

    Only if setOptMode -fixDrc is on, optDesign will fix it automatically.
    Of course, you can set_max_fanout on your timing constraint file to make encounter fix more high fanout nets.
