From where I can download the AE_utils.tcl script see rc_ta.pdf page 42 Note 2

    Hi Mat,
    The contents of AE_utils has been included in the software. You need to load this script:

    include load_etc.tcl

    It's in the installation, don't need to specify path for load_etc.tcl. I suggest not to use the ae_utils.tcl script going forward, the data in there is not updated between releases.
