CPF_Read Issue

Hello,

I tried to read cpf file in RTL Compiler v8.0. the specification of isolation cells went fine however the cpf_read reports unsupported power_switch_cell. I used the following definifation for power switch cell and I am using 45nm NanGateOpenCellLibrary.

define_power_switch_cell -cells HEADER_0E_X* -power VVDD -power_switchable VDD -stage_1_enable SLEEP -type header

Any suggestions over that?

Thanks in advance,

Affaq

    Hi Affaq,

RC v8.x is more than 4 years old and officially unsupported. I recommend you move to a newer release since both RC and CPF have changed significantly since

If you have it, Conformal Low Power (CLP) is good for debugging CPF issues and also checking your design setup and RTL/netlist.
