MBIST insertion using RC tool

Hi,

I am trying to insert the MBSIT logic around my memories using RC tool. Can any one please explain the steps for implemantation.

Please suggest any documents  which will help in implementing MBIST.

Please share a sample configuration file if anybody is working on it.

    Hi gh,

    I have a sample design in that i have two kinds of memories. I dont have the liberty files. How to create the liberty files. Is there any tool to do so. Or if have to write what all information is needed. Can u share a sample file.
