How to handle DesignWare modules

archive
archive over 18 years ago

Hi all,

I'm stuck with the  divider module in my design It compares till 61% and hongs there. One with 32 bith showed equivalent but this one is bigger .Run time for 32 bit was 1.5 days. The other one
even after two days shows 61% and aborts with two points.

How to handle such DW modules in the design.
I used "set implementation divider -cla2 -both" and using 6.1 version.
Kindly help me in this  regard.

    Hi Ranga

I don't have much experience with this particular case. I would recommend you file an SR through http://sourcelink.cadence.com so an engineer from CS can investigate.

Please include the DC (or RC) version you're using and if you have access to Conformal-XL (Ultra) licenses.
