Conformal-LP : CPF_LIB1 not flagging.

I have specified isolation-cell in cpf using define_isolation_cell command and the relevant iso-cell

is not found in the library. Thus when i read both cpf and liberty file for a corresponding design

i am expecting relevant CPF_LIB* rule to get flagged.

define_isolation_cell -cells BASIC_ISOOOO -always_on_pin {A} -enable_pin {A}

Relevant read command

    read libaray -cpf const1.cpf -liberty cell.lib

Also noticed documentational error for some rules on Conformal Lowpower 9.1

Please check the attached snapshot. Here though the rule mention that define_* command should be

given for which relevant cell should be missing in library but example doesnot seems to be consistent to the description.

Correct me if understanding is incorrect.
