using variables for command options in Setup Mode and wlec_master.* files

Conformal version is 07.10-s140.

Question 1.

I want to use a variable for the file entries in the following command in setup mode:

read library -statetable -liberty \
/home/usr/some_dir/file \
/home/usr/some_dir/some_other_file
...

for example, like this:

read library -statetable -liberty \
$some_dir/file \
$some_dir/some_other_file

$some_dir will be a UNIX environment variable.
How can it be done in Conformal setup mode language?

I could not find any.
Later I will bind it to ENV_VAR stuff in RTL Compiler interface, because our Conformal scripts are generated automatically by RTL Compiler.

Question 2

If you call write_do_lec in RTL Compiler, wlec_master.do,csh files are generted in the directory where RC is running. How can I tell the tool, so that it generates these files in a directory I can specify?

    Hi croy,

-tmp_dir option solved the problem. Hope to see such kind of hidden/undocumented docs in the manuals soon.
