Find the dynamic power from incisive which depends on the testbench

hi,, i m a student.Actually i need to find out the power of a circuit(bist) for a particular time period .. i want to know power which depends on testbench..

i have incisive and rtl encounter.so hw to get the dynamic power? How to generate the vcd file?and where to use it? a detail flow plz
