How to generate "Sheet Name" column in a pin report?

Hi everyone, 

Is there any method to generate "Sheet" column for a pin report like table below? The column "Name.Pin" & "Signal" can be generated easily, but I have no idea to generate the column of "Sheet Name".

The software using here are Allegro Design Entry HDL, OrCAD Capture and Allegro PCB Editor. Can these 3 software generate "Sheet Name" data?

    To generate a "Sheet Name" column in a pin report:

    1. Ensure a hierarchical design in Allegro Design Entry HDL or OrCAD Capture, with unique sheet names.
    2. Use hierarchical blocks/modules to represent sheets.
    3. Generate a pin list or report in Allegro Design Entry HDL or OrCAD Capture, including "Sheet Name."
    4. Import the netlist and pin list into Allegro PCB Editor.
    5. Generate a pin report in Allegro PCB Editor with "Sheet Name" information.
    6. Export the report to a file format (e.g., CSV).
    7. Open the file, add a "Sheet Name" column if necessary, and sort/filter as needed.

    Thanks for your replied. Sorry for late replied. I still not able to generate pin list including "Sheet Name" or what exactly I want is "Site number" information. 

    I cannot find the way to generate a pin list or report in Allegro Design Entry HDL or OrCAD Capture, including "Sheet Name.", also cannot find the way generate a pin report in Allegro PCB Editor with "Sheet Name" information. Can you explain in more detailed?

    Alternative way is I can add in the information of "site number" for each pin in Orcad Capture (refer to picture below), but how can I export these information to Allegro PCB Editor? And then generate pin report (with site number) from Allegro PCB Editor? Because Allegro PCB Editor by default did not have SITE column in the report data fields.
