regrading abnormal working of xcelium simulator during wavefrom simulation

hellow cadence support team,

i  am facing an issue in xcelium simulator while simulating verilog code. when i try to run signal wavefrom it does nto working. it comes with pop op windows which says "" Recovery: Xcelium simulator Terminated Abnormally""

[ XM-SIM terminated unexpectedly] this happen when ever i click on run button then it shows pop op window with terminated simulation message.

my linux version is : 8.9 (red hat)

xcelium version : 22.03-s012

it would be great help if you can address this issue and kindly resolves this problem.

i need very fast so please please if you can provide please !!!
