 How can I simulate Pin 1 & 5 (Offset) of LF351?

In general, the Op-amp models assume that you have "nulled" any offset for simulation. You can probably find the "input pair" in the model text and add soem circuitry to "unbalance" the emitter currents to get some simulation of offset and adjustment, matching the datasheet / actual part behaviour might be more of a challenge.
