Not sure what you mean by plotting a PPV-based VCO model? SpectreRF uses the  Pertubation  Projection Vector internally to compute the oscillator's phase sensitivity to perturbation in the voltage or current at the nodes of the oscillator. It used to have an option to save this information to a file for use in the "noise aware PLL flow" (although it wasn't to "plot" it), but the noise aware PLL flow has been end-of-lifed and is no longer available (it was not widely used, and also was only applicable to a narrow set of PLL architectures).

Of course, your question may have been about something else altogether, because it wasn't very clear...

    Regards,

    Andrew.
