HISIM-HV

Hi all:

What is the format and level number to run HISIM-HV 2.01 or 2.1 in Spectre using Cadence 6.

I can run the model with hspice simulator in Candence and with HspiceD but spectre won't run.

the line starts with

.model <model_name> nmos &

level=73 &

Also where can I find documentation on HISIM models in in Spectre?

Below is the format to run Hisim-hv models to run with spectre

model ModelName hisim_hv parameter=value…..

+ level=73 version=2.10

……..

……..
