spice netlist in cadence

Hi all,,,

I need to use a spice netlist in cadence and I created a symbol and changed its CDF to referring to the subcircuit file.

my question is about the symbol should I build an equivelant components in the spice netlist in cadence schematic view to create a symbol or just choose any present symbol and change its CDF.

I mean if my netlist describe a circuit with supply voltage and resistances and capacitance should I build the same circuit in the schematic view?

I hope my question is clear

thanks a lot in advance.

You may have posted the same question twice (although your other question didn't seem to make much sense). See:
