pspice igbt model template

hi guys i am trying to make a new pspice model using a template i started going through the automated process of selecting a symbol for a part which was ok but when i compiled it  when i would click on the symbol it gives me the error no template found and i noticed when building the part it was giving me a error of stating no template found in pspice ini could somebody please help

heres the error log

    This post is in the wrong forum. Due to a (hopefully temporary) issue with the forums, I can't move it into the right forum, which is the "PCB Design" forum.

    So I suggest you re-post your question in the PCB Design forum where you are far more likely to reach an audience who can respond.
