rpolyh error

Hi,

I am using Cadence IC 6.1.6. 080 HITKIT AMS 0.35um.

In library there is a high-voltage poly resistor named 'rpolyh' and when I use in it schematic, I get the below error-

'ERROR (CMI-2008): rpolyh is not valid in selected process option'. I don't understand what kind of error is this.

I also have the notice in the beginning as -'`r' has the unusually large value of 1e+30 Ohm'. But I am using the resistance values as 170025 ohm, 69975 ohm and 20025 ohm in the schematic.

Or how to go to or change the process option parameter in this version of cadence ?

Almost certainly the right thing to do is to ask AMS about this, since it's their design kit.
