Assura metal Dummy Fill error with NORMAL Target Hierarchy mode

Hi everybody,

Just know i am trying to generate the dummy fill to our design in order to find the potential problems before tape-out.

I have one individual library for my designs and there i have no problem to generate the dummy metal in "normal" or "backward". Nevertheless, if i try it with a cell of the master library of the project, the "normal" mode fails. It is not a question of permissions since I am able to create and edit cells in the master.

Assura reports an error close to the end of the process for the "normal" Target Hierarchy:

ERROR* Unable to find master LibForDummyMetal/prefix_bvFILL_CelltoBeFill/layout in list

nevertheless, such cell "prefix_bvFILL_celltoBeFill" can be fund in the librery: LibForDummyMetal, but when i open it looks like not attached to any technology (any of the fills as well).

there are other two cells: prefixprefix_bvFILL_CelltoBeFill and prefixCelltoBeFill with 0Kb (the first with double "prefix" and second without _bvFILL_)  and the layout is empty.

Some idea about the origin of this problem?

The assura's settings are always the same, i only change the names of output Lib and the location of the cell to be Filled.

Thanks in advance,

Manuel
