OCEAN Tutorial

Hello,

Is there a video or RAK that gives a good tutorial overview of OCEAN scripting ?

I am a beginner.

    Hi,

    From my personal experience, you can try first running the simulation using ADE, and save ocean script and start exploring the script,

    I have the manual already.

    I am not looking for a reference but a tutorial, as I said in my posting.

    Cadence does offer a 2-day OCEAN training class from time to time.

    There is a very old set of examples in the IC installation: <ICinstDir/tools/dfII/samples/artist/OCEAN - but there isn't a rapid adoption kit or video as far as I know. Most people start by exporting scripts from ADE and then modifying, using ocnHelp() in the CIW to understand the available functions, and using the reference manual. Or they attend training...
