Device model fitted on a set of value

Hello,

in order to interface TCAD tools with cadence, is it possible to give a sufficiently rich table of data (multidimensionnal for all parameters I wish to modify) to a specific tool of Cadence so it generates a Verilog(-A) model file, (for instance based on a set of general purpose fitting equations). That way I can use those TCAD results in spectre simulations thanks to a compact model in order to scale up.

I saw the function "table_model" but I don't think this is what I am looking for.

Thanks for your answer,

Anaud

    Anaud,

Why do you think that table_model doesn't do what you want? That's precisely the kind of thing it's for...

    Andrew.

Thank you Andrew for your fast answer,

I couldn't find any informations about it so I asked, now that you confirmed it is what I need, I found the documentation and I will try to use it.
