VCOs with Arbitrary Phase Noise Profile

I have seen the Cadence posting on VCOs with Arbitrary Phase Noise Profiles.

My question is: can a noise file be added to any Verilog-a block ?

In general you can use the noise_table function in VerilogA, and you could read the table contents from a file...
