differential R-2R digital to analog converter design

Hello,I know that this comminity is focused of cadence use issues, but i hope some one could give me as tarting point regarding the foolown circuit.

In the photo bellow i have a partial photo of analog implementation of a differential R 2R DAC.
However there is no exaplanation regarding why we need those lines of parallel capacitances and resistors.
I cant see where i connect the OPAMPS even.
I couldnt find this exact R-2R DAC there are many types.
If someone recognises this circuit configuration could you please say the exact name of such circuit or even better to post an article regarding such configuration?
Thanks.

I can't read the value of the capacitors you are showing and can barely make out the resistors. If I managed to read the resistor values they are of value R and 2R. If so, this is exactly the topology of a conventional  R-2R ladder for use in a voltage DAC. There is nothing "unusual" about it from my perspective. I assume the capacitors are simply to model the capacitance at each node. Without those, the response will be totally unrealistic.

Any quick search on your favorite search engine will provide you numerous examples. As just one example:
