question on dyn_mosv check

Hi

I am using  "dyn_mosv" to look for voltage violations on mosfet during transient simulation. I need help understanding the report.

In the webpage report, column "Model Name", it shows a random hierarchical path rather than cell name or device name. same issue exists in "Gate Name/ Drain Name" columns

Also I found it reports violations only once even there are multiple occurrences, and I didn't put "sample=extreme" parameter on command in those cases.

attached is my report screenshot

Thanks

Rui
