How to add ELDO simulator in cadence virtuoso?

Hii all

i am using cadence virtuoso to simulate the circuits. I have ELDO model card for ReRAM device which i want to use in cadence virtuoso. How to add ELDO simulator in cadence virtuoso so that i can use this model card.

please help me.

You might be able to use the Eldo model with spectre, and for that you would contact Cadence customer support. If you really need the Eldo simulator, support for that and the interface would come from Siemens EDA since it is not a Cadence tool.
