Pac Simulation Sideband Sweep Parameter

Which is the difference between "spectrum" sweep and "sideband" sweep in the PAC Direct Plot Form?

I understand that the spectrum gives you the spectrum of the selected signal considering the distortion intorduced by the large periodic signal of the PSS, so you ll have all the harmonics to to this signal.

I do not understand instead the "sideband"

spectrum plots all sidebands, whereas sideband only plots the sidebands you select from the listbox shown on the form.
