I think the root cause of the issue is that you have run out of disk space. From your log file, please note the following error:

This can easily be prevented by setting the spectre option "disk_check". This option will check your disk availability and if it is less than the threshold that you set with disk_check, the simulation will be suspended. As one xample, you might set disk_check=100e9.

You can also set the "disk_check_autoresume" option to automatically resume the simulations that are suspended when the available disk space increases above the threshold again. Please see Figure 1 and Figure 2 for some additional details.

In addition to the useful advice given by Shawn here, I should point out that this might not actually help in practice because the simulation data itself might be stored on a different volume (with different quotas) than the maestro view. Typically the scalar results database (which  is failing here) is stored in the maestro cellView itself, which might be somewhere different than where your simulation data is written; spectre will check only where it is writing the simulation data (the waveforms etc).

Either way, you need to ensure you have enough storage or quota to save your results and data - that's the key message here.

Thank you so much, yeah i requested to increase the quota size and it is solved now.

    Dear Andrew and Hagar Hendy,

Thank you, Andrew, for adding the additional nuance regarding the measurement of available disk space.

Excellent! I am happy to read you are now able to resume simulations. Thank you for letting us know!
