RTN noise simulation

Hi, I am trying to run a RTN noise simulation in tsmc 40nm. Is there a RTN noise model available. Also, how can I simulate RTN noise?

  • You should contact TSMC to ask them this - I see some work has gone on in a variety of technologies to support Random Telegraph Noise modelling, but I can't tell you the status of this in a 40nm technology (also, there are many different 40nm variants). It's also something that is almost certainly covered by NDA and so can't be discussed in a public forum - hence my suggestion that you need to contact the foundry.
